The Beach is organized to provide a recreational, fun and safe social environment.

EVERYONE WHO ENTERS THE BEACH ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY WHEN PLAYING OR BEING A SPECTATOR A THE BEACH. PLAY OR SPECTATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

No outside food or beverages are allowed.  No one is permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the Facility, and no alcoholic beverages are permitted to leave the Facility. The Beach must adhere to TABC laws.  This rule means that no beverages or beverage containers may be brought in or out.  This restriction includes water.  Bags may be checked upon entering the facility.

The Beach wants to provide a junior friendly atmosphere.  For such reason, alcohol will not be sold on the premises from June 1 through July 31 each year during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of July 4th.  The Junior Event and Adult Event areas will be separated as much as possible.  Alcohol should never enter the Junior Event area.

No smoking or other tobacco product use is allowed.

The use of any illegal substances is prohibited on The Beach property, including parking lots and surrounding areas.

The Beach is not responsible for any items lost or stolen on The Beach property, including parking lots and surrounding areas.  Also, The Beach is not responsible for any items left in a locker or left in the care of an employee of The Beach.

Theft, destruction or damaging of The Beach property including but not limited to digging holes or throwing rocks in the sand, is strictly prohibited.

Fighting, boisterous conduct, profane or obscene language, or harassing others either verbally, physically or sexually is strictly prohibited.

The possession of weapons, explosives or firearms while on The Beach property, including parking lots and surrounding areas are strictly forbidden.

Cars illegally parked in a handicap space or fire lane are subject to towing at the car owner’s expense.

The Beach reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing clothing with wording or designs that may be deemed inappropriate.  Proper attire must be worn at all times.

No glass containers or aluminum cans are allowed in The Beach property.

No gambling is allowed on The Beach property.

Proper language, etiquette, and courtesy shall be practiced at all times.

Except for animals assisting those with disabilities, no pets are allowed on The Beach property.

Except with the permission of The Beach, no person can do any of the following:  1) charge fees or solicit anything; 2) sell or offer for sale any food, drinks, merchandise or service or conduct any commercial business activities of any kind; and/or 3) post, display, distribute or erect any advertising, notice, billboard, paper or other advertising device, information or materials. 

No skateboards, bicycles, scooters, roller blades, or roller skates are allowed.

No practicing or warm up on or around concrete walkways, spectator areas or parking lot.  Practicing and warm up shall be done in designated areas only.

Upon entering The Beach, a person consents to video monitoring.

Tents and shade canopies are allowed on-site but cannot exceed 10 x 10 and cannot contain any logos.

No children should be left unattended at the Facility.

All Rules and Regulations and policies of The Beach and of any third party sponsors or promoters must be followed.

The Beach reserves the right to eject any person for violating the Rules and Regulations for the Facility.

The Rules and Regulations are subject to change at any time in the sole discretion of The Beach's management.
